The book of Tanya is the basic and fundamental guide to Chassidic philosophy. It captures the deepest - most abstract and profound - mystical concepts of Torah and translates them into a tangible, comprehensive and inspirational approach to serving G-d.

When: Thursdays, 8:00-9:30 pm
Where: Chabad, 1867 Acadia Rd.
Menu: craft beer and snacks

Every semester, a select number of students will join this elite society. A society dedicated to intellectual discovery and lively discussion. A society that explores the fundamental principles of Jewish faith and its core values that shape us as a Jewish Family

The group meets for eight two-hour classes. Students participate in the discussions, embark on a field trip, experience a Shabbat program together, and write a research paper on a Jewish topic of their choice.
Students who complete all of the course requirements are awarded a stipend of $350 USD, and are invited to participate in follow-up leadership events both locally and nationally.
